Do you "guarantee teachers"?

Due to the dynamics of class participation and instructor scheduling, Bubbles cannot guarantee that a specific teacher will teach a specific class or student.

All of our swim instructors are versatile and teach at multiple levels of swim development. 

Do you offer private lessons?

We do offer private lessons, although they are extremely limited.  Due to the high demand of group lessons, we try to accommodate as many students as possible.  There are no set times for private lessons.  Private time slots are usually group lessons that do not sell and have been converted into private lessons.  If private lessons are available, they are usually between 1-2 in the afternoon or 7 at night.  We do not offer privates on the weekend.

I already know I will be missing classes for the session, can I just be charged for the classes I will attend?

The entire session must be paid in full at the time of registration. 

Missed classes due to vacations, summer camps or any other reason will not be discounted.  All children are allowed one make-up class per session.  If you are unable to schedule a missed class, this will result in a forfeiture in that class.

Will my child be able to swim by the end of the session?

All children learn at their own pace and while it is our goal for a child to obtain new skills in each level, we cannot guarantee he or she will be able to swim on their own.

At what time are your classes held?

Our lessons are held at every half hour during business hours.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday - Thursday 9am -7pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm, closed on Fridays.

Do you teach a certain skill level on a specific day and time?

No, every half hour Monday through Saturday Bubbles conducts multiple classes at multiple levels.
